- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar 300 g
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 8 ounces strawberries hulled and halved (or quartered if large)
