As food safety requirements have increased, we have continued to meet proper food safety standards to ensure consumers receive blueberries and grapes that are safe, as well as high-quality. Our food safety program meets or exceeds widely-recognized, respected standards: Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), GlobalGAP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and traceability. Our practices are certified through 3rd party inspections.
The specific practices include: minimizing microbial food safety hazards, maintaining irrigation water quality, employee health and hygiene, sanitation and transportation of products, and providing a traceability path of the product as it moves through the supply chain.
