2 Cups club soda or sparkling water
3-4 Tablespoons fresh Lime juice
2-3 oz Sugar Free Blueberry Syrup
10-15 Mint Leaves
Lime wheels for garnish

Divide mint between 2 pint glasses, add a splash of club soda to each and gently muddle the leaves with cocktail muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon.
Add lime juice and 2 oz blueberry syrup and stir. Taste and adjust flavor with more lime juice or blueberry syrup for a balanced drink.
Add ice. Fill with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel, fresh blueberries and mint.
