Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 freshly grated nutmeg
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 orange zested
- 3/4 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (I didn’t have buttermilk so I substituted 1/4 cup milk + 1/4 cup plain yogurt)
- 10 figs halved
- 1 handful of champagne grapes
- 1 pint raspberries
