8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
2 sticks unsalted butter (room temperature)
4 Cups confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ounce Freeze Dried Blueberries (pulverized)
Pulverize the Freeze Dried Blueberries in a spice grinder or by simply placing in a bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Crush until a fine powder results; sift to further refine if necessary.
In a stand-mixer or with a handheld mixer, cream together cream cheese and butter until light in color and fluffy. Continue to mix on a low setting, add in ⅓ of the sugar at a time until all is incorporated. Add in the vanilla extract. Add in the blueberries and mix until well blended and frosting becomes bluish/violet in color. Frost your favorite dessert and enjoy!
