Blueberry and White Chocolate Pizzelle S’more


Make or buy your favorite Pizzelle cookie recipe
1 Package large marshmallows
8 ounces white chocolate (2 bars), broken into bite-sized pieces
Blueberry Jam

To assemble S’mores, place 2 pieces of white chocolate on top of the first cookie.

For the marshmallows, simply preheat the oven to 425F. Spray a 8X8 baking dish with cooking spray and line with marshmallows. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until tops are golden brown. When heated and browned, use a small spatula to carefully transfer the marshmallow to the cookie with the white chocolate, top with Blueberry Jam and stack another cookie to create a cookie sandwich; Enjoy!
