Blueberry Salsa Cheese Football


  • 3 Tablespoons Critchley Family Farms Blueberry
  • Salsa
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper, Chopped
  • 4 Bacon Strips, Crushed
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • 3-4 Slices of Monterey Cheese
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper
  • 10 Toothpicks

In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, colby jack cheese, chopped jalapenos and green onion, onion powder, garlic & herb seasoning, and a pinch of salt & pepper Mix using a hand mixer or a fork until combined
Scoop out mixture onto plate and shape into football, using a silicone spatula In a small bowl, combine crushed bacon and bread crumbs. Once mixed, sprinkle over cheese football and firmly press until covered.
Using a sharp knife, cut monterey cheese into slices. Place the slices onto cheese football to create laces, using toothpicks to hold in place.
