Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

Dough

      • 1 cup Whole milk warmed to 110°
      • 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
      • Pinch of sugar to activate the yeast
      • 6 tablespoon Unsalted butter melted
      • 2 Large eggs room temperature
      • ½ cup White granulated sugar
      • 4 cups All purpose flour
      • 1 teaspoon Salt
      • 1 cup Heavy cream poured on top of risen rolls

Blueberry Jam

      • 2 cups Fresh blueberries
      • ¼ cup White granulated sugar
      • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
      • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
      • 1 Cinnamon stick
      • 1 ½ tablespoon Cornstarch
      • 2 tablespoon Water

Filling

      • ¼ cup Unsalted butter softened
      • ¾ cup Dark brown sugar
      • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

Blueberry Cream Cheese Frosting

    • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
    • ¼ cup Unsalted butter softened
    • 1 ½ cups Powdered sugar sifted
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
    • 1 tablespoon Heavy cream
    • 2 tablespoon Blueberry Jam
